Cookie policy
Last updated on October 12, 2026
This website uses only one type of cookie: those of Google Analytics, to measure its traffic. They are set only with your consent, given or refused in the banner shown on your first visit.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser when you visit a website. It can be used for the website to work, to measure its audience or to track your browsing for advertising purposes. The last two uses require your prior consent.
Cookies used
| Cookie | Service | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguish visitors pseudonymously | 13 months |
| _ga_<id> | Google Analytics | Keep the state of the current visit | 13 months |
These cookies are set only after your consent. We do not use Google Analytics for any advertising purpose. The website sets no other cookies: fonts are hosted on our own server and the form's anti-bot protection (ALTCHA) uses none.
Your choice
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these cookies, just as easily one way as the other, or to set them in the preferences. Until you answer, no cookie is set.
Your choice is remembered for 6 months in your browser (local storage, no cookie), then asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page, or here: . If you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
Data sent to Google
If you accept, browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, referring site, device and browser type, approximate country and city) is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Statistics are kept for 14 months. See also our privacy policy.
Links to other websites
The website contains links to external services (LinkedIn, X, GitHub, scientific publications, BioValley France). If you follow them, these sites may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.
