With over ten years of experience in academic research, hospitals, and CROs, Louis has designed and developed numerous Omics data analysis strategies and pipelines. He has deep expertise in single-cell and RNA-seq data analysis, from experimental design to biological interpretation. Having collaborated with hospitals, academic research groups, and major pharmaceutical companies, Florent Tessier brings over ten years of experience across both public and private sectors. Holding a Master’s degree in bioinformatics (Université Paris-Saclay/École Polytechnique), he is a co-founder of Sycomia, where he is responsible for developing analysis pipelines and executing bioinformatics workflows across a variety of projects. Having worked across nearly all major omics technologies from genomics to proteomics, he offers broad, hands-on expertise in the field.

NICOLAS SCALZITTI, PhD
Nicolas Scalzitti is a senior bioinformatician with expertise in biological data analysis and artificial intelligence. After a Master’s in bioinformatics, he completed a Ph.D. at the University of Strasbourg on AI-based genome annotation strategies. He has taught computer science courses, particularly Python programming and databases, and later joined a U.S. research lab to develop AI tools for designing therapeutic peptides. In 2025, he co-founded Sycomia to promote his values: scientific rigor, complete transparency, and a commitment to innovation.
