Bien que les th\u00e9rapies continuent de progresser, le diagnostic et le suivi th\u00e9rapeutique restent insuffisants : trop invasifs, trop tardifs et insuffisamment informatifs au niveau mol\u00e9culaire. Les m\u00e9thodes classiques, telles que la biopsie tumorale ou l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale, ne permettent pas d\u2019identifier la maladie r\u00e9siduelle minimale, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la petite population de cellules tumorales survivantes qui annoncent une rechute imminente.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7] translation-block\" style=\"text-align: left;\">La biopsie liquide change la donne. En analysant les <b>ctDNA<\/b> \u00e0 partir d\u2019un simple pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement sanguin, il devient possible de d\u00e9tecter le cancer \u00e0 un stade plus pr\u00e9coce, de suivre la r\u00e9ponse au traitement en temps r\u00e9el et d\u2019anticiper une rechute avant qu\u2019elle ne devienne cliniquement apparente. Les technologies \u00e0 lectures longues permettent \u00e9galement la lecture native des <b>modifications \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tiques<\/b> telles que la m\u00e9thylation de l\u2019ADN, fournissant des informations g\u00e9nomiques et \u00e9pig\u00e9nomiques simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 partir des m\u00eames mol\u00e9cules, une capacit\u00e9 inaccessible aux approches actuelles utilisant une seule technologie.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7] translation-block\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>L\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/b> est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de l\u2019analyse. Elle permet la fusion de signaux multimodaux, une meilleure discrimination signal\/bruit dans des r\u00e9gions g\u00e9nomiques complexes, la classification des cancers avec une sensibilit\u00e9 accrue, la pr\u00e9diction du tissu d\u2019origine et l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des traitements.
